Clearing

When your head's too full to think straight. First you empty it onto the screen — everything, no order. Then we file it away, settle you with a few slow breaths, and pull out the one thing worth doing next.

Why it's built this way. A busy working memory is one of the most-documented ADHD load points, and the fix isn't willpower — it's externalizing: getting the swirl out of your head and onto something you can see. Once it's captured, your mind stops rehearsing it, and there's room to focus. The breaths settle the leftover buzz; the last step turns the pile into a single clear move.

Captured.
It's written down and safe. You don't have to hold it in your head anymore — you can pick it back up any time. For now, put it down.
Breathe…

Out of all that — the one thing.

Not the whole list. The single next move that would make the biggest difference right now.

Cleared.

Head emptied, mind settled, one move chosen. Go do it:
