A 5-minute brain warm-up you can run any time. Pick what you're into, answer fast against the clock, then aim that focus at the one thing you're about to go do.

Why it's built this way. ADHD/ADD brains switch on through novelty, challenge and urgency — so every question is timed and every answer lands instantly. It's short on purpose: long enough to pull your attention into gear, short enough that there's no rabbit hole. The finish isn't "play again" — it's a forecast about your own next hour.
